SUMMARY: The City Council on November 3, 2010 (Resolution No 3125) authorized the
negotiation of a grant agreement with the Washington Department of Ecology to provide the City of
Bremerton with $1,343,000 to construct various low impact development (LID) projects throughout
central Bremerton The agreement has been finalized and is ready for approval and signature

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) The project is estimated at $1343 million with no
local match required
