Municipal Code entitled "Peace, Safety and Department City Attorney's Office
Morals" and Title 6 entitled "Health and Presenter Roger A Lubovich
Sanitation " Phone 473 -2345
SUMMARY: The proposed ordinance repeals Chapter 6 02 of the Bremerton Municipal Code
entitled "Solid Waste Management" and reorganizes certain chapters of the Bremerton Municipal
Code by recodifymg these chapters from Title 9 entitled "Peace, Safety and Morals" to Title 6 entitled
"Health and Sanitation" and further by making certain amendments to the provisions of these chapters
regarding enforcement and other related matters
