SUMMARY: Award construction contract to demolish existing pump house at NE corner of Park
Avenue and Burwell, to excavate and construct underground pump house and rooms for two PSE
transformers, to maintain pump station fully operational during demolition and construction, and to
construct roof pad for future retail space in conformance with sub area plan. Award bid to low bidder,
Serpanok Construction, at a price of Four Hundred Sixty -rune Thousand Dollars ($469,000 00)

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move that the City award the construction contract to Serpanok
Construction in the amount of $469,000 00 (Four Hundred Sixty -nine Thousand Dollars) and
authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and
conditions as presented
