SUMMARY: The City is rescinding the vacation approved on May 23, 2008 by Ordinance No
5050, due to conditions of the vacation not being met The vacation was approved, but has not been
recorded with Krtsap County Applicant was notified in October 2010 that the City is proceeding to
repeal the Ordinance and that a new application and approval through City Council will be required
for any future vacation of the alley and future development
