Tlus letter of agreement is between the Downtown Busmess Associat�on (DBA) and
the City of Bremerton
The City of Bremerton agrees to pay the DBA $500 in 2011 for the followmg
services
� Support the Crty m efforts to attract busmess to the dawntown busmess core
• Support the City m its downtown beahficahon efforts
• Pro`nde support to the downtown busmesses in promot�ng their busmess (e g
promot�onal matenals, web s�te, etc )
� Provide support and coordmahon for the 2011 Bremerton BrewFest
'This agreement is for the penod of January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011
Future agreements may be negoaated dunng October of each year
