SUMMARY: Sealed bids for construction of the project titled "Municipal Buildings Lighting
Efficiency Improvements" were opened on February 22, 2011 The project will upgrade lighting at
several City Buildings to reduce power consumption and cost !— bids were received for this

FISCAL IMPACTS The project is funded by an ARRA/EECBG grant and Puget Sound Energy
(PSE) rebate which provide all funding for the work A budget amendment will be required to
acknowledge the grant money and associated expenses
