SUMMARY: The 2011 approved budget reflects the replacement of one Ford F250 Service truck for
the Utilities This truck no longer meets the mission of the using department Replacement will be one
Ford F350 Super duty cab and chassis Purchase will be made utilizing State Contract 05109, contract
dealer is Columbia Ford of Longview Washington Total cost for the cab and chassis is $24,137.56
including Washington State sales tax This is for the cab and chassis only it will be outfitted with an
appropriate service body and associated equipment

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) Funding is available thru the ERR fund 510
