SUMMARY: When a bid award is awarded by City Council, typically the amount of the bid is noted
either in the agenda bill summary or in the final motion
Item Al `Bid Award and Approval of Contract for Construction of the Park Avenue Plaza Parking
Garage" as approved by Council on August 11, 2010 included bid information in the supporting
documentation but not in the item's summary or motion
Therefore, the proposed correction to the meeting minutes includes a bid in the amount of $5,400,000
within the project description for the record
