SUMMARY: After the receipt and review of 3 solicited bids, it is recommended that the inspection
and testing contract be accepted and awarded toTerracon for Park Avenue Plaza Phase I and Phase II
construction. The services will be charged at an hourly rate and it is expected to be a total estimated
sum of $100,000 00.
ATTACHMENTS: Professional Services Agreement
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) Agreement is budgeted for $100,000 and is
funded from the federal Economic Development Administration grant 07 -01- 06590, the Bond Fund
and a portion of the sale proceeds of the West Sound Bank Building as stipulated by the State of
Washington Capital Development Grant (administered by CTED, contract #08- 96105 -014)
