SUMMARY: After the receipt and review of 3 solicited bids, it is recommended that the civil and
structural engineering contract be accepted and awarded to Exeltech ConSmWvt6;o , Inc. for Park
Avenue Plaza Phase II construction The services will be charged at an hourly rate with contract cost
not to exceed the sum of $95,000 00.
ATTACHMENTS: Professional Services Agreement
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Agreement is budgeted not to exceed $95,000 and
is funded from the federal Economic Development Administration grant 07 -01- 06590, the Bond Fund
and a portion of the sale proceeds of the West Sound Bank Building as stipulated by the State of
Washington Capital Development Grant (administered by CTED, contract #08- 96105 -014)
