SUMMARY: The consultant to be awarded the professional services agreement is Tetra Tech INCA
which will be responsible to do the work activities associated with evaluation of candidate locations,
develop a hierarchy or priontization for improvements implementation, and prepare plans,
specifications and engineer's estimate for the installation of the safety improvements

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) The funding source is a Federal Grant in the
amount of $85,500 with City match of $5,000 This project is included in the 2011 Arterial Street
