SUMMARY: There are 2 consultants selected to do the engineering design of the Pacific Avenue
improvements between 6 Street and 1 l Street One consultant to be awarded the professional
services agreement is SvR Design Company which will be responsible to do the work activities
associated with low impact and green stormwater infrastructure techniques including landscaping and
irrigation to manage, treat and infiltrate stormwater, and preparation of plans, specifications and cost
estimates necessary to bid and construct the proposed improvements

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) The funding source is a Federal Grant in the
amount of $442,400 with City match of $10,000. This project is included in the 2011 Arterial Street
