SUMMARY: The City has been offered $659,477 in grant funding from the US EPA to develop a
Comprehensive Plan for the Gorst Creek Watershed to adopt land use regulations and guide
sustainable development within the watershed An initial contract was executed with Parametnx in
mid- November to begin the project The requested action before Council is approval of a contract
with Parametnx, Inc for $577,993 for development of the Gorst Creek Watershed Comprehensive
Plan
