SUMMARY: The City wishes to consolidate the Water Resources and Engineering Divisions to its
Oyster Bay facility and had previously contracted pre - design work with Art Anderson and Associates
to assist the City in this effort Tlus contract is a continuation of this pre - design work with an
evaluation of remodeling the existing maintenance building or construction of a new building This
assistance shall be a not to exceed amount of $21,670 00 for a total expenditure of $46,590 00 with

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) The amount of the Professional Services
Agreement is not to exceed $21,670 00 The project is included in the 2011 Water Fund budget at
