SUMMARY: The proposed Ordinance adds a new section to the City Code to authorize the
decommissioning of driveways not formally abandoned pursuant to City Right -of -Way Standards in
order to allow street parking on parts of streets fronting the decommissioned driveways and further to
provide for the recommissioning of said driveways when appropriate
