Home My WebLink About5136 r ORDINANCE NO. 61 AN ORDINANCE of the City Council of the City of Bremerton, Washington, repealing Chapter 18 08 of the Bremerton Municipal Code entitled "Outdoor Fires " WHEREAS, the City adopted the state International Fare Code as Title 18 of the Bremerton Municipal Code, and WHEREAS the provisions of Chapter 18 08 of the Bremerton Municipal Code are covered in the International Fare Code previously adopted and the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency Regulations, and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to repeal Chapter 18 08 of the Bremerton Municipal Code to remove redundancies in the code, NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON, DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS SECTION 1.
