A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, Washington, regarding fees for services relating to the
Department of Public Works and amending certain rates and fees.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the rates and fees contained in
Rate Table G of the City of Bremerton Rate and Fee Schedule; and NOW THEREFORE,
. THE CITY COLTNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Rate Table amended. Rates and fees for services relating to the
Department of Public Works and Utilities are hereby amended as set forth in Rate Table G
attached hereto as Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 2. Severabilitv. If any one or more sections, subsections, or
sentences of this Resolution are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not
affect the validity of the remaining portion of this Resolution and the same shall remain in full
force and effect.
SECTION 3. E fective Date. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
