pecific �venue, and Eighth 5treet from the �ast Mar�in of
park avenue to the ��est mar�in of &1c Kenzie �venue, by clear-
ir,g, grubbing, grsding, the construction, altering, lowering,
�nd ad�ustment of inein �nd 18teral sewers, the construction
and ad�ustment of inlets, catch basins, man holes, �nd itush
tanks, providing for the dr� inage thereof, the ln;�in� �nd
repL�cement of water m�ins with connectiona thereto, the
constructlon of coneeete curbs and side-walke, and by pa�-
ing Mo Kenzie �venue and Ei�hth �treet with one course con-
crete psvement �pprazim�tely a4 fe�t in width, snd by pev-
ing Nlnth 5treet as above deanignated with a one course
pavement approximately 3� feet in width, together vr�th the
do�n� of �ny and all other work necess�ry to finlsh the �ob
in a workm�nlike manner, and to�ether v�ith sucn other and
furt,her work in connection therewith �s may be necess�ry to
make such improvement s comptete �ob, all i� accordance
with plans and specii�c�i�ions to be plsced on f �te in the

proposed distriet r�ccordin� to the valuation 18st pinced upon
