eaid property pay�ble to different loe�l improvement dis-
tricts in the City of I3remerton; and the �ity of Bremerton
R did pa� to I�itsep County the tsxes thereon as by law pro-

vided and now hss a Treasurer's Deed to said property; and
the said �ity of Bremerton ie desirous of selling said propertg
to psy the tages and delinquent �seessments �ssee�ed �g�inst
s�id propert�; �nd

of said property made by �s. 5onneland for a considexation
of �500 in oash, the said purch�ser to pay the � ssessments
in L.I.D. 104 coming due after t:ne date hereof, and thst
it is the concensus of oninion of the �ity c.ommiseion th$t
�aid propexty shautd be sold to the ssid �. 5onneland for such
�`" vonsiderdtion, the same bein� the �mount of aounty and atate
taxee egainst seid property together with essessments thereon,
therefore,
BE IT RESQLVED b�r the City �or�mission of the Cit� of Brem-
er�on thet the �2��or �nd the f:ity Clerk be and they are hereb9
authorized and directed to sell said above described property
