and the said property was strue�C to the said Kitsap County at
the tsx foreclosure sale; and that ��t the �ime of such fore-
closure eele there were delinquent assessments aga�nst said
property payable to dif�erent local improvement districts in the
�it�,� of Charleston, r�rior to its consolidation Fri�h the �ity oY
Bre�nerton; and the Cit3r of Br�mer't�n did pay to I�itsap Coun�y,
the tazes thereon as by la� provided and now has a Treasurer's
Deed to said property; and the said City of Br�nerton is desirous
of' selling sai d p roperty to �ay the taxe s and d el inqL� ent
ass�ss�ments assessed against said property; and
��iEREAS, the City Commi ssion has an offer of Purchase of sai d
property made by June Clarlc, � sln�le woman, fvr a considerati �n
of ��205.00, in cash, the said purchaser to �ay the assessments �

the concensua of opinion of '�he Cxty Com��ission that Said propert�
should b e sold to th e sai d June Cla rk f or such con sid erati on, the
same bein� the amount of county and state taxes against said
pro;�erty, together wi th assessments thereon, therefore,
B� IT RE�OL�tE1� by the City Commission of the City of
Bremerton tha t the i�j;ayor and the City Cle rk be and they are her�by
authorized end directed to sell said above described property to
the said June Clark, a sin�le vaoman, for the total �considEration
oP �205.00, cash, and for that nurpose to execute and � eliver
a q>>�t-elaim deed to said property to the said June Clark Sn the
name of �he Clty of Bre�n�erton unon the paymen� ofi such purchase grice.
