��HE��S, the County of uitsan, State of ��ashington, foreclosed
f'or general taxes on

and the s�ic� property was struek to the sajd I�itsar Countys�at the
tax forecl.osure sale; and that at the time of such foreelosure sale,
there were delinquent assessments a�ainst said property payable to
different loe�l improvement districts in the City of Charleston,
prior to its conso2ldation with the C�ty of Br�nerton, and the City
of Bremerton did pay to i�itsap C�urtq the tages thereon as b� law
provided and now has a Treasurer's Deed to said property; and the said
Ci�y of Hrerr�erton is desirous of se3lin� sa? d property to �ay the
taxes and delinquent assessmen�s assessed a�ainst sazd �roperty; now,
therePore,
B'� I� R!+�SOL�T�? by the City Commisslon of the City af Brer�ertan that
the I�Zayor alld the City Clerk be and they are hereby airthorized and
directed ta se11 sa�d ab�ve-described praperty to I�rs. Ber �ha �Tohnson,
a widow, for the to�al purehase prlce of Five �undred ;eventy-flve
and 53/140 (:��75.53� Dollars; ana for that purpose to egecute and
deliver a quit-claim deed to said �roperty to the said Bertha John�on,
a wldow, in �he nar�e of the City of Brauerton upon the Payment of such
purchase price.
PASSED by the Ctty Commission, signed by the P!ayor and attested
by the City Clerk in authentication of sizch passage this 3rd day of June,
