�t��HEREAS, the County of r�its?p, S�ate of' �Vashington, foreclosed
for general ta�es on
Lots Eleven (11) and Fifteen �15), Block One (1)
Aanson's First Addition to Charleston, Kitsa}� Cour_ty,

and the said property was struck to the said Ki�sap County at the
tag foreclosure sale; anc� tr�at at the �ime of such �'oreclosure sale
there were delinquent ass ssments a�ains� said property payable to
difYerent local impTa�vement di stricts in the C�ty of Charleston,
prior to its consolidation with the C� ty of Bremertor_, and the C�-�Y
oP Bremerton did pay to Kitsap County tre taxes thereon as by la�
provi ded and now ha s a'1'rea surer' s Deed to sai d prope rty ; and the
sald City of I3rer�erton is desirous of sellir�g said pro��erty to pay
the taxes ard delin�quent assessments assessed agairst said property;

BE IT Ri�SOLVED by the City Comr,ission of the Czty of Brenerton
, that the I�'ayor and Cz ty Clerk be and they are ilereby authori zed and
, directed to sell said above descrl'�ed property to �tenry S. Fladeland
for the total - �urchase price of T�o Hunclred Five and no/100 vollars,
(,Y205.00} and for that purpose to cnter into a contract c�ith the
said Iienr� S. Fl�c:eland for said sale in the name oi' the City of
Brez~erton, the said contract to provide for cash pay�ent of Seventy
Dollars (s�70.00} ar.d t�e balance payable in monthly irstalln�Ents at
the rate of Ten Lollars each, with or_e payment of �25.00, v�ith
interest thereon at the rate of 7� per annv�, �ayH�le mortthly at
the sa�•e timE that installments are paid, ur�til tl�e ��hol� of said

Bre�ierton in favor of �enry B. Fladeland, the said deed to be
retained by the City Clerk ur�til the full purchase price ls paid,
togetrer with interest thereon, and to be delivered to said �urchaser
at such tir�e as the said �urcrase price ard interest �.s paid in
full.
