RTSOLUTION
C��REAS, the City of Bremerton is the ovaner of the follo�rin�
described real property s5.tuated in Kitsap County, ti�ashzngton, to-
wit:
Beginning at the �outhwest eorner of Lot Sig�sen (16j
Block '��elve (12}, Uriginal Town of Charleston; thence
�orth 15.44 feet to Southerly margin of County Road
No. 147; thence South 66 30" East a}ong saia margin
3?.55 feet to South margin of Lot Sixteen (16); thence
South 89 13�16" �est 34.44 feet to Fo3.nt of Be�inning.
the same having been conveyed to the City of Cl�arleston prior to
its eon solidation �ith t he C1ty of BreLerton, and �eing the
memainder of said prouerty so conveyed after the dedieation of
County Road P�o. 14?, and is of no value to the City of Dremerton
for any publio purpase whatsoever, but v�ould be of greater value
to sai� city in priQa�e ownership, and the City Commiasion of
said Qity has an oPfer of r15.00 cash for said property.
