describ�8 property to re�mburse sa�d Charleston L.I.D. �ink3.n� Fund
Vuith �nterest thereon and noti� has an ap�lication for the purohase of
said propert� fro� one G. 4r. Farmer for the sur,l of Three �Iundred
Tvrrenty-five (, 325.00) Dollars, ant� the �I.t�C Com�ission of the Ci�y �oP
Bremerton d�ems it to the best interests of s�id city to sell sa�d

city be and they are hereby authorized and directed to make, execute
and deliver to G. �+. F�rmer, or hls assigns, a contr�ct of sale in and
to the folloti�in�. described property, to-wit:
Lot Seven (?), Block Nine (9}, Union High School
Addition to Bremerton and Charleston, Yitsap County,
�ashing�on. �
upon the follon�ing conditions and terms: That the sale �orice of said
property shall be Three Hundred Tv�aenty-five (;�.325.00 ) Pollars, of
�rhicn the suzn of ;�50.00 is to be paid in cash and the balance of
:�275.00 to be paid in regular monthly installments of �10.00 per
month, togethor �ith interest on all un�aid balances at 7� p�r annum,
anG �rovidea further that the Vendee in said contract sha11 pay all
subsequent assessments or installments �n assessments coming cue
upon said property, together with taxes thereon, and in the event
that the said Vendee fails or negleets to pay the installments as they
become due, then the said contract to beco�ne nu11 and void at the
option of the city and all p�y�ents made thereon to be forfeited to
the City of Brrr er�or_ as and for 1zGUidated daTr�ages, and
BE IT FtTRT�ER R�SOLVED that the said Mayor and C�.�y Clerk of
said clty be and tr�ey are hereby authorized and directed �Lo make and
execute a quit-claim deed in and ta said property to the said G. �J.
Farmer or his assigns in �he name of the C�ty of Bremerton in cor-
slderation of the ?�ayment oF the ftxll sum of �375.00 to�ether with
interest as ln said contract �rovided, to be del.ivered to the said
Vendee or his assigns upon full paym�nt of said sum, the said deed to
be held by the Clty of �reme rton until sa�d payment has been made.
BE IT �'UTtTHT'R RESOLVID that upon the making of the said payments
�o the City of Bren�erton, the City ireasurer be and he is hereby
