1*r'HEREAS, the County of Kitsap, State of �Vashington, foreclosed
f'or �eneral taxes on

Hansen's Second Addition to Charleston
Kitsap County, �ashington.
and the said property was struck to the said �itsap County at the
tax foreclosure sale; and that at the time of such foreclosure sale
there �rere delin�.uent assess�aents a�ainst said property pa3=able to
different loc�l improvement di�tricts in the �ity ofCharleston,
prior to its eonsolidation �ith the City of Brenerton; and the City
of Bremerton did pay to I�ltsap County, the taxes thereon as bs lav�
provided a�d no4y has a Treasurer's Deed to sa�d property; and the
said Clty of' i3renerton is desirous of sellin� sald prorerty to
pay the taxes and delinquent assessments assessed a�ainst said �

property; and
�tirHEREBS, the City Co�ission has an o�fer of purc��ase of said
property made by C.O. Hansbro, for a eonsiaeration oY :�100.00 in
cash, the saa.d purchaser to pay the assessments in L.I.D. 63 and
58 comin� due after the date hereof, and that it is the concensus
of opinion of the City Com�ission that said �roperty should be sold
to the said C.O. Hansbro for such consid eration, the sam�e bein �
the amount of coun�y and state taxes against sai8 Propertp, to-
gether ti�ith assessmen'�s thereon, therefore,
BE IT R�SOLV�;D by the Ci ty Comni ssi on of th e Ci t5� o f Breme rton
that the ��syor and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized
and directed �o sell said a�ove described oroperty to the said
C.O1 Hansbro for the total consideration of One hundred (�100.00)
Dollars, sash, an� for that purFose to egecute and deliver a qu3.t-

claim deed to said property to the said C.O. Hansbro in the name
of the City of Brenerton u�on the payment of such purohase price.
PASSEA by the City Comt�ission, si�ned by the N,ayor and attested
by the City Clerk in authentication oP such passage this lOth
