��HERE�S, the Count� oP Kitsap, S'�ate of ��ashington, foreclosed �'or
general tsaes on
Lots One (lj, Two (2� and Turee (3j, Block Five (5�,
Harsen's First �dditxon to Charleston, Kitsap County,
9'dashington
and tho said property �aas struck to the said �itsap County at the tag
fbreclosure sale; and that at the time of such foreclosure s�le there
�aere delinquent assessnerts against said property gayable to different
Local Improver�ent Distriets in the City of Eharleston, prior to its
consolidation vaith the City of Br�erton, and the City o�' PrEmerton
did pay to I'itsep County th� taxes thereon as by 1�� provided, and now
has a Treasurer's Deea to said property ; and the said C1ty of Br�nerton
is desirous of s�lling sa�d property to pay the tages and delinquent
assessments assessed against said property; now, therefor,
BE IT RESOLgID by the City Co�mission of the Clty of BremErton
that the I�layor and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized
and 8lrected to sell said above-clescribed property to A. H. 13urmaster
for the total Furchase Frice of Four Ilundred Fifty (:�450.00) Dollars,
and for that purpose to enter into a contraet �;ith the sa�.d A.H.
Eurmaster for said sale in the name of the City of Bremerton, the said
contract to provicle for cash payment of �25.00, and the balance payable
as follows: �50.04 on or before T,Tay 1, 19�4, and beginring on the lst
day of June, 1934, �10.00 is to be paid, and �10.00 paid on the lst
day of eseh anc] every month thereaPter urtil up to and including
IdIarch l, 1935, and beginnin� on the lst day of Apr11, 1935, :�25.00 i s
to be �aid on the �urchase price and y�25.00 on the lst day of each and
ever�y month t�erea�ter until the �Jho'_e amoui�t of said nkrchase �rice

has been paid in Pull, together with interest on all unx�aid balances
at the rate of 7 0, to he paid as sueh n�onthly installments are paid,
the said eontract to provide that the �eurchaser shall pay the tazes
and assessments hercinafter levied, and to provide that ti�r.e be the
esseace of the eontraet ��ith forfeiture of moneys paid in the event that
purchase price i s not pald �rithin tlle tlme provided therein, at its
option, and also to execute a deed in the r�ame of the City of Bremerton
in favor of A.H. Burmaster, the said deed to be retained by the City
Clerk until the fu11 purchase price is paid, together �aith interest
thereon, and to be delivered to said purchaser at such time as the said
purchase price and interest is paid in flill.
