RESOLD�TQnT
BE IT R�SOZVED BY THE CITY CON�IQISSIGAT OF THE CITY OF
BREP�ERTON in regul�r session assembled, as follows;
That the City Treasurer be arrd he is hereby authorized
and directed to establish and maintain among his records and
in his accounts a speclal f�i.nd to be knov�n and designated as
"Street Construction and �aintenance F�.ind�t and all moneys
received from the County Treasurer oP Kitsap County, +br from
the State of Washington representing the pro� of the City
of Bremerton and the lateral highr4ay ftiind paid by s�id county
or its proportion of the gas tax fund shall be credited to said
special fund �nd shall be paia out of such �nd s unon warrants
duly drawn for ths construetion and/or maintenance of any street
or hz�hway in said city, either individually or �n con�uneti�n
with any other moneys that may be provided for such purpose.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED tha t the City Clerk �e and he is
hereby authorized and directed to procure special vrarrants for
the drawin� upon such speczal fund.
PASSED and adopted by the City Comnission of the City of
Bremerton in PB�UZaT session assembled this 26th day of lUay,
1934.
