SUMMARY. This amendment extends the 4 Gold Mountam Golf Club operatmg agreements until
March 31 St , 2011 allowmg an addrtional 3 month hmeframe to finalize negotiahon wrth golf service
providers Each agreement is currently set to expire on December 31 St ,2010 The agreements are
1) Golf Management Agreement with Scott Alexander's Golf Shop, Inc
2) Food and Beverage Services Agreement wrth Scott Alexander's Golf Shop, Inc
3) Lease for Pro Shop, Drivmg Range and Cart Pad wrth Scott Alexander's Golf Shop, Inc
4) Professional Services Agreement for Greens Supenntendent Services with Ed Faulk Operations

agreements wrth substantially the same terms and condrtions as presented
