SUMMARY: The contract wlth Diamond Parkmg Services, LLC for parlang enforcement services at
the Harborside parking garage expues on December 31, 2010 It is desirable to have this contract
expire at the same time as the City's general parking services contract, on June 30, 2011 This will
allow time to finalize review of the City's overall parlcmg services needs wtuch is bemg performed
through Council committee Diamond Parkmg Services, LLC has agreed to e�rtend the current
contract wrth no mcrease m fees
