The Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the Council
Conference Room ROOIII 603 Of th2 NORM DICKS GOVERNMENT CENTER IOCated 8t 345 6 Stt'eet
Bremerton, Washington, Monday, November 29, 2010, at 5 00 PM, with Council President Nick Wofford
presiding Council members present were Will Maupin, Carol Arends, Dianne Robinson, Greg Wheeler,
Roy Runyon, Adam Brockus, Cecil McConnell, and Jim McDonald Legislative Assistant Lori Smith was
present to provide staff support to the Council
President Wofford announced that the Special Meeting was open to the public, however there would be
no opportunities for input or participation, that no action will be taken, and the content of these items is
sub�ect to change
1 Proposed ordmance to repeal and replace Chapter 15 06 of the Bremerton Municipal Code (BMC),
and an ordinance to establish and update certain rates and fees for 2011 — Vincent Akhimie, Director
