RLSOLUTIO�T �
THAT, R�EREAS, in the month of February, 1934, one
J. �1.I�ryan filed with the City C1erk of the City of Bremerton
a�claim for damages in the sum of « 1500.00 for personal
in�uries elaimed to have been suffered by reason of a
defect in the street; that such claim, after consideration,
was duly re�ected by the City Commission; that thereafter an
aetion �as started by the said J. �P. Bryan against the City
of Bremerton to recover such dama�es; that subsequently the
puget Sound Power and Light �ompany was made a party to said
action; that there has be�n deposited a�ith the Citg �reasurer
oP the City of Bremerton the sum of �500.00 for the purpose
of paging said amount to the said J. �1. Br9an under compromise
settlement, and for no other purpose.
NO�I, THERLFORE, BE IT RE�OLVID BY THE CITY COR�I��IS�'ION OF
THE CITY OF BR +�ErTO�T

and attested bp the City Clerk in authentieation of such
passage this 15th day of Sept�mber, 1934.
