WHERZ9S, the Bremerton Yacht Clu'b is desirous of purehasim�
the tide lands fronting and abutting upon Pershing Avenue located
in the Oyster Bay Adaition, and,
t�HEREAS the City of Br�nerton is not : now :and , i t i s the
concensus of opinion of the 8itg Commissi on of said oity, never
will be interested in the purchase of said tide lands or the
uss thereof.
NOVd, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CO��"rISSIOr?
OF T� CITY OF BRERZERTOI�T, in re�ular session assembled:
That the I�ayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to make, ezecute and deliver to the
Bremerton Yacht C�ub a waiver of an� and all right to Furehase
or use for municipal purposes the tide lands fronting and
abutting upon Pershing Avenue in the Oyster Bay Addition to
the Ci ty of Bremerton, to t he Bre�merton Yacht Club. � �
PASSID by the City Comr�:issian of the City oP Bremerton,
si�ned by the Mayor and attested by the Cit3* ��.erk in authentication
of �uch passa�e this 12th �ay of January, 1935.
