SUMMARY: In conjunction with preparation of the 2011 Proposed Budget, the administration is
recommending that the rate and fee schedule found in Chapter 15.06 be removed from the code, and
that the rates and fees be re-established and amended by separate ordinance. This will create a cost
savings in eliminating ordinance publication and codification expenses each year. A link to the rate
table wil] be available on-]ine in the Code and on the City's website, or available in hard copy through
the City Clerk's Office.

ATTACHMENTS: Proposed Ordinances and Rate Table
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Increased rates and fees have been incorporated
into the revenue forecasts for the 2011 Proposed Budget.
