SUMMARY: In conjunction with preparation of the 2011 Proposed Budget, the administration is
recommending that certain fees and rates found in Chapter 3.01 Rate Tables be amended and that this
Chapter be removed from the Bremerton Municipal Code and established by Resolution. This will
create a cost savings in eliminating ordinance publication and codification expenses each year. A link
to the rate table will be available on-line in the Code and on the City's website, or available in hard
copy through the City Clerk's Office.
Recommended rate changes are outlined in the Council Summary report.

FISCAL IlVIPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Increased rates and fees have been incorporated
into the revenue forecasts for the 2Q11 Proposed Budget. �
