Letter of Agreement - Parking at the I�Iunicipal Parkang Garage at 451
Washington
The City is the legal owner of the Municipal Parking Garage located at 451 Washington
and hereby authorizes the Kitsap County Health District to purchase permits from
Diamond Parking for the Municipal Parking Garage for the uses and purposes described
herein.
Kitsap County Health District may purchase parking permits in the amount of $45 per
monthly parking permit for employees for the purpase of parking motor vehicle(s) in
the Parking Garage, subject to availability. The City will bill Kitsap County Health
District each month for the number of parking passes obtained from Diamond Parking.
Such vehicle(s) shall be parked one vehicle per space and such vehicle(s) shall be
parked entirely within the parking space on Leve13 or above of the Parking Garage.
Notwithstanding any other provision herein, the Kitsap County Health District shall not
enter into any other sublicense of the premises or any portion thereof or any
assignment of any interest in this Agreement, or engage in any activity with respect to
or on the premises other than the express use(s) and purpose(s) stipulated herein,
without obtaining the prior written authorization therefore from the City.
The term of this Agreement shall be from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011.
However, either party shall have the option to terminate this Agreement at any time.
