SUMMARY: The Arts Commission opened a Call for Sculpture Artists on October 1, 2008. The
Call closed on December 31, 2008 and resulted in 75+ artist applications from around the US. After a
lengthy selection process, the Arts Commission narrowed their choice to seven artists. Bob Kimball
is an artist team located in Poulsbo, WA. He has proposed to create a pedestrian scale sculpture titled
"With Attitude" to be installed on Pacific Avenue.
