The Budget Session of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the Council

Bremerton, Washington, Tuesday, November 9, 2010, at 4:00 PM, with Council President Nick Wofford
presiding. Council members present were Will Maupin, Carol Arends, Dianne Robinson, Greg Wheeler,
Roy Runyon, Adam Brockus, Cecil McConnell, and Jim McDonald. Council Assistant Christine Grenier
was present to provide staff support to the Council.
Cathv Johnson, Interim Financial Services Director, presented information regarding the proposed 2011
Budget for the City of Bremerton, with an overview of the "Special Revenue" and "Other Funds",
including staffing changes, comparisons to prior year, and a brief discussion on Departments which have
proposed budgets that do not vary significantly from the prior year. Staff then provided individual
presentation on the following:
1) Community Development Block Grant
2) Park Facilities Construction
3) Gold Mountain Golf Course
4) Harborside Commons Plaza
5) Park Avenue Plaza Project Construction
6) Lodging Tax
Presidenf Wofford called a 15-minute break from 5:32 to 5:47 PM...
7) Parking Fund
8) Bremerton Kitsap Access Television (BKAT)
9) Kitsap Conference Center
10) Debt Service Funds
11) General Government Capital Improvement (Real Estate Excise Tax)
12) Information Technology
President Wofford announced that a final meeting would be held on Monday, November 22 beginning
at 5:00 PM in the Council Conference Room to discuss final issues regarding the Budget.
With no further business, President Wofford adjourned the Budget Session at approximately 7:15 PM.
