SUMMARY: Adoption of the Block Grant Program's 2011-2015 Consolidated Plan. The
CDBG/HOME Consolidated Plan is prepared jointly with Kitsap County Block Grant every five
years. It sets the priorities for allocation of the funding the City and County receive annually from the
United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
