SUMMARY: City Council passed Ordinance No. 5123 amending Section 17.60.070 of the
Bremerton Municipal Code relating to Floodplain Management which inadvertently referenced "The
Flood Insurance Study for the City of Bremerton" when it should have referenced "The Flood
Insurance Study for Kitsap County and Incorporated Areas". The proposed ordinance corrects this
reference.
