SUMMARY: BMC 2.18 outlines how reports from the City Auditor are to be presented but does not
include any requirement for a response from the department(s) that is the subject of the report. Policy
2-10-03 established a response time of 20 working days. This amendment formalizes this response
time and includes a requirement for the affected department(s) to include their agreement or
disagreement and plan to implement the recommendations. The Mayor is also named as one to
receive a copy of the draft report.
