SUMMARY: Sealed bids for construction of the project titled "Pier Removal at Former Chevron
Property" were opened on October 19, 2010. The engineer's estimate for this project is $80,000 to

was the lowest responsive, responsible bidder with a bid of $ 9S o2 �f�, oLo --
(including sales tax). This project is funded by two grants, which together provide full funding for the
pier removal. The NOAA grant for $110,000 was previously executed. The NFWF grant for $50,000
will be approved and executed as part of this agenda bill.
