SUMMARY: The non-exclusive, weekday park use agreement with Our Lady Star of the Sea grants
the school the ability to use Kiwanis Park for recess and physical education activities. In return for use
of the park area during the school year the Corporation of the Catholic Archbishop of Seattle has
arranged for a$�ydD, � r contribution to help complete the re-development of Kiwanis Park.
The capital contribution leverages previously approved funding sources including a$400,000 Land
and Water Conservation grant. _

RECOMMENDED MOTION: I move for approval of the Park Use Agreement with Our Lady Star
of the Sea for non exclusive, weekday, use of Kiwanis Park during the Sept. 1 through June 15
schoolyear
