SUMMARY: The Revised Code of Washington 52.26 allows local jurisdictions to form Regional
Fire Authorities. This Resolution would allow three appointed elected officials from the Bremerton
City Council to be members of a Regional Fire Authority Planning Committee to formulate a plan
under RCW 52.26.
