RESOLUTION N0.
WHEREAS, the State Director of Highways has required
that the City Commission shall by resolution designate the
percentage of monies to be received by the City under the
provisions of Chapter 111, Laws of 1935, that will be used
for street construction and maintenance and interest and
principal bond payment; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BREMERTON as follows:
That of the money to be received by the City of
Bremerton under the provisions of Chapter 111, Laws of 1935,
the City of Bremerton will expend 50 per cent for street
maintenance,,-j25 per cent for street construction and 25
per cent for retirement of street bonds and warrants, interest
and principal.
PASSED and adopted by the City Commission of the City
of Bremerton in regular session assembled this 6th day of
April, 1935, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage.
