the City of Bremerton has c,niused Sixth Street,
An arterial street and highvg7'y it the City of Bremerton,
to be improved vest of I Avenue vJith a one course concrete
pavement having a F:idth of ten feet, in additior to that
Laved by the lclt ;te highway Ele- partment, and ,has otherwise
im- oroved said arterial street rnd hiehvroy at a. considerable
expense to the said city of Bremerton and to the property
oviners along; said street.
And whereas, under Chapter 111. under the Lai °•s of 193,
moneys are allocated to the cities for the irrrove!ilent of
arterial street and other streets, an6 it is necessary that
the °wum of - '788.85 be secured from said fund f'or tale rur-
pose for comrleting the paymer._t of the cost of s�:!id imrrove-
ment.
I' o ; therefore, be it resolved by tI_e City Coinr..i^sior of
the City of Drerertor that the Director of I'i�hvor-iys of the
State of '. "ashinrton be, and is hereby requested to approve
for payment the sum of `�788.8L to be applied for the payment
of the construction and pavement of Sixth street in the City
of vremerton an arterial highv ey the =rein, under Local
aT.mrrovemert District 127 of said city.
