RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COTV ISSION OF THE CITY OF BRE MTO$,
as follows:
Section 1. That the public interest requires the following
improvement to be made.
Section 2. That it is the intention of the City Commission of
the City of Bremerton to order the improvement of the following des-
cribed streets by the construction of storm and sanitary severs and
appurtenances:
PM SYLVANIA AV MM from the center line of Eighth Street North to the
.Y -�' center line of Eleventh Street;
HENITT AVENUE from a point 60 feet North of the North margin of Sixth
Street North to the center line of Eleventh Street;
EI GHTH STREET from the center line of Hewitt Avenue, west 190 feet;
NINTH STREET from the center line of Hewitt Avenue, west 250 feet;
TENTH STREET from the center line of Hewitt Avenue, west 250 feet;
ELEVENTH STREET from High Avenue west to a point 235 feet west of the
center line of Hewitt Avenue,
together with side sewers where requested, and storm drain appurtenances,
and any and all other work necessary to make this improvement a complete
,job, all in accordance with maps, plans and specifications to be pladed
on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton,
reference to which is hereby made for further particulars.
Section 3. The City Engineer of the City of Bremerton is hereby
directed to submit to the City Commission at or prior to the date
fixed for hearing protests to said improvement, the estimated cost
and expense of such improvement, and a statement of the pro-
portionate amount thereof, which should be borne by the property
