1922, declare said contract forfeited, and did on said day 7 the surety
on the bond of such action, and

able to complete said job under the terms of said contract.

by reinstated with ands under the approval of the l'idolity and Deposit Company
of Lraryland as surety for said contractors, and that the said contractors be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to proceed with the work tinder
said contract.
BE IT PU11 RLSCLUM that the i and Deposit company of

contractors, be notified of the action taken of this commission in reinstat-

bond on said contract.
