SUMMARY: Seattle Streaming Radio, LLC (SSR) previously had a lease agreement for operating
the KBRO radio station tower at Forest Ridge Park. This agreement expired June 30 of this year.
SSR has requested renewing the agreement for operation of the radio tower site. The new agreement
is proposed to have a term of ten (10 years) and a monthly rental of $750.00 /month, with provisions
for annual CPI adjustment, and at the City's discretion, rental adjustment on the fifth annual
anniversary date of lease commencement, based on fair market value. The Forest Ridge site is owned
by Bremerton Parks & Recreation, and receives the revenue from this lease.

Move to approve the Commercial Broadcast Facility Lease Agreement with Seattle Streaming Radio,
LLC and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms
and conditions as presented.
