That the hearing on the petition of R. H. Ellis and
W. L. Res and other owners of property ,abutting on that certain
alley on the South side of Block One (1) Naval Addition to Decatur
and also the, alley running North and South thru said Block One (1)
Naval Addition to Decatur, situated in East Bremerton, Kitsap
County, Washington, for the vacation of said alley, be, and the
same is hereby fixed at 10 o'clock A. 14. of Fednesday, the 7th
day of Play, A. D. 1924, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
give notice to all interested persons as prescribed by law to file
protests and ap,pear at the City Hall at said hour and day to enter
their objections, if any, to said vacation.
PAS�i'D and adopted by the City Commission of the City
of Bremerton, this 9th day of April, A. D. 1924.
