WHEREAS, the assessment roll for'District
No.. 105 , as prepared by the City .Engineer, of the
City of,Bremerton, is now in the hands of the City Clerk
of said City, subject to the approval of the said Com-
mission:
THEREFORE, BE I: RESOLVED BY the City Commission
of the City of Bremerton:
ONN
That Wednesday, the day of
December, 1924, at 10:00 A.-M. of said day, at the Commission
Chambers in the City Hall of the of Bremerton, be and
the a-ame is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing
on said assessment roll.
TWO
That the City Clerk be,,and he is
hereby directed to publish in the official daily news-
paper of the City of Bremerton, notice thereof, notifying
all persons interested thereinto be and appear at.said
.time and place and file their objections thereto, if any
they have, to the formation of said assessment roll, the
last publication of said notice to be at least fifteen (16)
days prior to the day of said hearing, as required by law
and the ordinances of the City of Bremerton.
PASSED by - the City. Commission, signed
by the Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk this 19th day
of November, k. D 1924.

December, 1924, at 10:00 A. M. of said day, at the Commission

the same is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing
on said assessment roll.

That the City Clerk be, and he is
hereby directed to pablish in the official daily news-
paper of the City of Bremerton, notice thereof, notifying
all persons interested therein to be and appear at said
time and place and file their objections thereto, . if say,
they have, to the formation of said assessment roll, the
last publication of said notice to be at least fifteen (15)
days prior to the day of said hearing, as required by law
and the ordinances of the City of Bremerton.
